1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The service of sourcing and supplying any unlock solution begins at the point payment has been received from a customer.
2. CANCELLATION
You can cancel any online unlock service before it has been processed.Unlock codes by IMEI that that are already processed cannot be canceled until we receive the answer from the server that the unlock could not be done.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the compatibility of their handset with the network they intend to use once unlocked and that the device does not have any other hardware problem that may affect its performance.
If customers intend to use any network after performing an unlock, they should first ensure that the handset they are unlocking has NOT been reported lost or stolen. Lost or stolen handsets are barred/blocked in the country were reported and cannot be used on any network once this occurs.
The customer guarantees that all information provided upon registering or when making an order is correct, complete and accurate and that the customer shall inform Onlineunlocks.com of any changes to such information.
4. SERVICE DELIVERY TIMES
All customers will be contacted in max 24 hours after payment, by their PayPal or registration email if not asked differently.Unlock codes will be processed in max 12h after we receive all the information required for generating the unlock codes and will receive the codes in the amount of time stated on each unlocks page.If the code is late please understand we can not cancel the order until we receive the answer from our supplier. The online unlock/remote unlock services will be done in the Online unlock program

Any refund claim, whether or not Video Proof is provided, must be made less than 10 days after the delivery date of the order. We may not be able to investigate or refund any claims made after this period.
Guarantee applies only where customers have demonstrated using a video proof that codes have failed by providing a detailed account of the procedure they followed and any error messages they received.The phone IMEI number must be shown also in the video. We must be satisfied that the code is wrong or has failed to work.
6. UNLOCKING INSTRUCTIONS
All unlocking services are provided with implicit and full instructions on how to perform the unlocking process of the handset. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully.
7. BACKUP OF IMPORTANT DATA
Customers are strongly advised to make sure that their ‘Contacts’, ‘Messages’ and any other important data is properly backed up to a secure location prior to attempting any unlocking procedure. In almost all procedures, all data should remain intact during the unlock process. However, we will not accept responsibility for the loss of customer data should this occur for any reason.
8. TERMINATION OF ORDERS
We reserve the right to terminate the order of any customer who demonstrates any form of abuse or aggression towards any member of our staff either verbally or in writing. All communication will be terminated with such customers.Any such customer would also forfeit their right to a refund in this instance.
9. PRIVACY STATEMENT
We will always endeavor to take reasonable care to ensure that all of your personal details provided to us are stored securely using standard industry practices.
